Melissa Bailey

Melissa Bailey is a corporate lawyer in the Raleigh office of Brooks Pierce. She represents clients in general business and transactional matters, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. Melissa, an avid gamer, also works with esports players, teams and organizations on a wide variety of business issues, including entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, asset sales and acquisitions, and a myriad of other corporate concerns. She received her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law and her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
